We are a Marine Construction and Specialty Equipment Rental Contractor
N.E.B.C.I. services include bridge construction, repair, and inspection as well as a variety of accessing services, we are equipped to accesses all types of bridges. As technology grows, so does N.E.B.C.I., we now are able to do bridge work via the railroad with our new rail mounted A-30 Aspen Aerial. We have state of the art, late model equipment. All of our employees are experienced, responsible and knowledgeable about all the equipment they operate.

We Rent:
*self-propelled barges (some are equipped with a center-hole for drill rigs.)
Our barges are manufactured by Shugart and RPS.
