Although we provide many bridge accessing devices and methods, there are certain bridges that are too tall or too complex to be accessed by our UBIU’s, barges or other traditional methods. For these challenging structures we provide many innovative and unique accessing services that will accommodate any clients needs, no matter how difficult the task.
N.E.B.C.I. is capable of ground-based inspection of low bridges, waterway based inspections using cable platforms, mobile snooper, barge/condor systems, or surface-based inspection using the mobile snooper setups. We offer barge rentals in a variety of sizes. We also have ladders available for tunnel-like bridges such as box culverts. Our under-bridge accessing equipment is late model and reliable. We service Massachusetts, New England and the Eastern Seaboard.

Commercial Diving:
N. E. Bridges divers are experienced and qualified. Our PADI certified divers have a minimum of 10 years and up to 30 years experience. All of our divers have OSHA certifications. Our dive teams are experts in; pier repairs and construction, underwater welding, Cad welding, Cathodic repair and installation as well as underwater bridge repairs of any kind.
Traffic management
Along with our various bridge accessing equipment we also provide traffic management, traffic maintenance and protection and traffic patterns. Flaggers, arrow boards and crash trucks are also available for any roadway or bridge work that requires traffic maintenance services.
Our Hi-Rail Bridge Units are ideal for accessing, inspecting and repairing railroad and shortline railroad bridges. These Hi-Rail Trucks or Hi-Rail Vehicles go from road to rail very easily using the rail gear. Our Snooper trucks or Under Bridge Inspection Units (UBIU’s) and our Elliott Truck Mounted Man Lifts are best used for larger jobs and bridges, while our Bucket Trucks are better suited for small bridge accessing.
